K.K. Group - A Brief History
The company, Tariq Engineering Company (P) Ltd., is the flagship company of K. K. Group, which commenced its operations in the year 1973. The activities of the Group were related with the dismantling of chimneys and replacing them with new ones. What started off as a modest unit with just a handful of 15 workers, has grown to be a giant conglomerate, with labor supply comprising of 1500 highly skilled, semi skilled and unskilled workers.
The Group joined hands with the eminent Lal Bhai Company, popularly known as Arvind Mills Ltd. We have, till date, executed many services for them including Loading, Unloading, Shifting, Dismantling, Housekeeping, Cleaning and Erection work. Apart from Arvind Mills Ltd., the Group has been rendering these services to more than 100 companies, all of whom have expressed gratifying levels of satisfaction with our commendable performance and client centric services.
The biggest achievement of the Group has been the rendering of its services to the prestigious Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), the largest communication and broadcasting organization in India. It performed jobs of moving and fixing of all microwave absorbers in Chamber & Installation support for all equipments including Main Reflectors, Sub Reflectors, DUT Positioners and Feed Positioners.

Achievements of K. K. Group
We
had successfully completed a project of dismantling, loading &
transportation of textile spinning plant from BSL, Bhilwara
(Rajasthan) and unloading, erection & commissioning of same
machinery at RSWM Limited, Gulabpura (Rajasthan). Successful
loading, unloading, shifting, erection and commissioning of
composite integrated denim textile plants, H-plants, other
miscellaneous machinery at RSWM Limited in Rajasthan, in the year
2006-2007 Successful
loading, unloading, shifting, erection and commissioning of chemical
plants including 6000 MT steel structures, pipelines and buildings,
etc. at Birla Cellulosic, Gujarat Successful
loading, unloading, and installation work for Liquid Ammonia Plant
at Donier Industries Ltd., Gujarat We
had successfully completed one turnkey project of shifting an
integrated Denim Textile Manufacturing Plant including its
accessories and supporting systems from Novel Denim Limited, Cape
Town, Republic of South Africa to Mauritius. The work also includes
dismantling of entire set up, packing in sea-worthy cases, loading
in container and handling it over to the shipping agency at Cape
Town, Republic of South Africa. Similarly (Including building steel
structure work) its de-stuffing / unloading, de-packing, erection
and commissioning work at R. S. Denim Limited, Mauritius from
December 2006 to January 2008 In
2000, for Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), we had done the
moving and fixing of all microwaves absorbers in chamber &
installation support for all equipment including main reflector, sub
reflector, DUT positioners, and feed positioners. We have done the
work of aluminum fixing in AC Chamber, Orbit Belgium, Positioners
and Feed Positioners Our
work at ISRO, Ahmedabad was awarded with trophy and certificate for
the satisfaction by Dr. K. Kasturirangan the Chairman of ISRO &
Member of Parliament For
our CATF {Compact Antenna Test Facility} project held at ISRO,
Bangalore we had received special award by Mr. K. C. Navada {The
Project Director-CATF} We
had successfully completed Fabrication, Erection and Commissioning
of Suction and Delivery Pipes of Khed Pumping Station with Fitting
of all necessary Valves as per approved drawings. This is Sujalam
Suflam Yojana of Government of Gujarat which was executed by us
under the supervision of Kirloskar Brothers Limited We
had an overseas experience in Mauritius (South Africa) where we had
done work of Arvind Overseas Limited with our team of 35 members in
the field of loading, unloading, shifting, dismantling &
erection work. So, it is trust & our experience in the
specialized field due to which Arvind Overseas Limited had awarded
us such a prestigious project. We are doing work with Arvind Mills
Limited since 1980 and after 25 years also we are with them Western Railway: We had
successfully completed loading, unloading, placing, stacking &
transportation of components of the composite girders partly
fabricated.
